How to Use the Crystals:
Hold them in your dominant hand, sit with them quietly & take a few deep relaxing breaths. Whilst holding the Crystals, speak out loud or think the following words, repeating three times:
‘I am Protected & Shielded at all times. I am Safe & Well. I am Fearless & Strong. And so it is’.
Repeat this practice when you wish. Keep the Crystals safe until next use, perhaps next to your bed, in a keepsake box, or in the organza bag and pillow pouch provided.
