How to Use the Crystals:
Hold them in your dominant hand, sit with them quietly & take a few deep relaxing breaths. Whilst holding the Crystals, speak out loud or think the following words, repeating three times:
‘I am Loved and Loving. I am deserving of Love. I am open hearted and ready to receive real Love. And so it is’.
Repeat this practice when you wish. Keep the Crystals safe until next use, perhaps next to your bed, in a keepsake box, or in the organza bag provided.
