This Crystal Kit for Grief & Loss, includes:

* 1 x Amethyst (Purple)
* 1 x Bloodstone (Black/Brown/Red)
* 1 x Rose Quartz (Pink)
All Crystals in this kit work together with the Crystal Keeper (you) for Grief & Loss. This kit is good for helping you to focus on areas that need healing and uplifting, particularly feelings of sadness, loss, pain, loneliness, which sudden endings and life changes can bring.
How to Use the Crystals:
Hold them in your dominant hand, sit with them quietly & take a few deep relaxing breaths. Whilst holding the Crystals, speak out loud or think the following words, repeating three times:
‘I am coping the best way I can. I am allowing myself as much time as I need to heal. Every day gets easier. And so it is’.
Repeat this practice when you wish. Keep the Crystals safe until next use, perhaps next to your bed, in a keepsake box, or in the organza bag and pillow pouch provided.
