This Crystal Kit for Cleansing, includes:

* 1 x Clear Quartz (Clear)
* 1 x Flourite (Purple/Green)
All Crystals in this kit work together with the Crystal Keeper (you) for Cleansing. Cleansing Aura’s and Chakras, thoughts and feelings, personal belongings, personal space - anything that needs cleansing on an emotional, mental, physical and spiritual level.
How to Use the Crystals:
Hold them in your dominant hand, sit with them quietly & take a few deep relaxing breaths. Whilst holding the Crystals, speak out loud or think the following words, repeating three times:
‘I cleanse all aspects of my mind, body & spirit. I release all negative attachments. I am safe and free. And so it is’.
Repeat this practice when you wish. Keep the Crystals safe until next use, perhaps next to your bed, in a keepsake box, or in the organza bag and pillow pouch provided.
