This Crystal Kit for Change, includes:

* Unakite (Green & Pink)
All Crystals in this kit work together with the Crystal Keeper (you) for Change. Changes can be challenging, whether mental, physical, emotional, spiritual & practical. These particular crystals work to facilitate change in a gentler, less fearful and more accepting way.
How to Use the Crystals:
Hold them in your dominant hand, sit with them quietly & take a few deep relaxing breaths. Whilst holding the Crystals, speak out loud or think the following words, repeating three times:
‘I am unafraid of change and I embrace new beginnings. I am capable and adaptable. And so it is’.
Repeat this practice when you wish. Keep the Crystals safe until next use, perhaps next to your bed, in a keepsake box, or in the organza bag and pillow pouch provided.
